I finally caught up!
Hello guys, John here bringing you the blog that finally caught up with the 'Live' adventure. Yes! My blogs have finally caught up with what we are doing in the now which is in Laos Luang Prabang. This is not only where I am now but will be talking about!!! So we arrived in Luang Prabang last week and the first thing I noticed at the airport was the amount of tourists here in Laos. It was the most tourists I have seen in like... ever! So I constantly reminded myself that we were not the only ones, we are not standing out from the others, and we are one with Luang Prabang. We arrive at the hotel that mom had booked for us, but they said we needed to stay one night at the backpacker hotel for our room to be made. We agree and as told, we spend one night there, I did not realize this until later but Elizabeth noticed the big amounts of spider web in the bathroom and so I just though of all the worst possibilitys that could happen with spiders at night, what I was the most afraid of was the possibility of a spider going in my ear and reaching my brain. I was scared of this because Deidra the cuz told me a story about her roommate next door sleeping and waking up with hearing issues, he went to the doctor and said their was a huge spider in his head and so on... It did not turn out well let me tell you that! The next day was more of a walk around/ get to know the place kindove day, me and dad went for a super cool geocache that was hidden in a mini stupa on the grounds of a Buddhist temple (One of my favorite cache's). For dinner we went to the Lao night market for baguettes and dumpling and coconut mini pancakes, everything good was there! I was confused about why their we're baguettes in Laos but then mom gave me one of them boring 'Edjucating Lectures' about Luang Prabang's history and that was crazy fun! Gotta end it their so until next time, this has been John and is officially signing out, pictures are not needed if you are blind :).
